Do you offer training plans for studios?

Yes, we offer Team Traning for studios and operations. Please reach out to hello@doublejumpacademy.com for more information.

How long do I have access to the workshops?

You will have lifetime access to the course and its materials.

However, if you enrolled using an installment plan and fail to complete the payments, your access to the workshop will be paused until the remaining balance is paid.

International VAT Tax

We use Teachable as our payment processing platform. If you did not enter your country’s TAX ID during checkout, follow these steps to request a VAT tax refund:

In the dropdown menu, select TAX.

On the next screen, fill out the required details using the same email address you used to sign up for the course.In the "Question Type" section, check the box labeled "VAT".

I'm a complete beginner. Is DoubleJump Academy suitable for me?

Absolutely! Many of our students start with little to no prior experience. Our courses are designed to take you from beginner to advanced, step by step.

For beginners, we highly recommend "Unlocking the Magic of Houdini" with Jordan Allen, a beginner-friendly Houdini workshop.

Are Houdini & Nuke licenses included for free in the Legendary/Supremium editions?

No, but as a Legendary member, you get exclusive access to purchase educational licenses at a discounted rate:
Houdini – $75
Nuke – $99

These licenses are not included for free, but they are only available through authorized schools like ours.
Each license is valid for one year.
