The secret to becoming the BEST in your game...

To master it, you must create an obligation to teach it.

Being able to simplify an idea and successfully share it with other is both the path to understanding it and proof that you do. One of the ways we mask our lack of understanding of any idea is by using more words, bigger words, and unnecessary words.

HOW TO START

plan

Building It Together.

We create the course outline collaboratively during a series of discovery sessions. You might already have a few personal projects that we can revamp and repurpose for the workshop, or you might need some guidance on what the audience desires most. We've got you covered.

This is also the stage where we define the scope, set deadlines, and discuss your availability. We will work together to tailor a contract that best suits your needs.
RECORD

Record like a pro.

Recording can be challenging, but we're here to assist you every step of the way.

With our extensive experience in recording tutorials and workshops, we can provide you with valuable knowledge and skills in just a matter of days.

You'll be paired with a mentor who will support you throughout this process and act as a coach until you feel comfortable when the recording light is blinking
LAUNCH

The Highlight of the Process.

Once you've finished recording the workshop, we handle everything else.

By this stage, we'll have a few promo videos already online, with several more in the pipeline. Our team ensures that people are well aware of the upcoming workshop and are eager to join on day one.

When we open the gates, your students will be there, eagerly waiting to learn from your expertise.

hOW WE CAN HELP YOU.

Building a dedicated following from scratch, especially on platforms like Patreon, can be an uphill battle. The challenge of standing out among countless creators, the constant grind to engage and retain your audience, and the intricate dance of pricing and rewards can be draining. Add to that the limitations of platform customization, the demands of self-marketing, and the administrative overhead, and it's clear why so many talented individuals feel overwhelmed.

We're more than just a platform; we're a community. With us, you skip many of these challenges, connecting directly with an eager VFX/CGI audience. Our team handles content prep and delivery, letting you focus on your expertise. Why struggle alone when you can thrive with a supportive community at DoubleJump?

Why struggle alone when you can leverage the strength of a supportive community?

At DoubleJump Academy, you share, connect, and thrive.

Wouldn't it be better if we made FX easier, rather than harder for everyone?

Wouldn't that ultimately make us all better FX artists? Personally, I see it as a net positive. I understand that you've spent years creating and perfecting your setups, and it might feel like you're giving away your secrets.

I get it.

However, consider the history of VFX and CGI. It has evolved significantly over time, and setups and workflows are constantly changing, especially with the advent of AI. What's the point of guarding something that will eventually become outdated and replaced?

Wouldn't it be better if we shared our knowledge and accelerated the learning curve, allowing more people to discover the magic of FX and CGI?

Just some food for thought.

Why ARE WE DIFFERENT?

To master something, you must create an obligation to teach it.

This law explains the simple technique that the world's most renowned intellectuals, authors, and philosophers use to become masters of their craft and how you can use it to develop any skill, master any topic, and build an audience.

The late spiritual leader Yogi Bhajan once said, "If you want to learn something, read about it. If you want to understand something, write about it. If you want to master something, teach it!
