Terms and Conditions of Use for DoubleJump Academy
Effective Date: November 26th, 2025
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the DoubleJump Academy online platform ("Platform") operated by DoubleJump Academy, based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Please read these Terms carefully before using the Platform.
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any updates we may implement from time to time.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
2. Description of ServicesDoubleJump Academy provides online educational workshops and related digital learning resources. All services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We reserve the right to modify, enhance, or discontinue any part of the Platform at any time.
3. Registration and Account Security
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Keep your login credentials secure
- Accept full responsibility for all activities under your account.
We may suspend or terminate your access if your information is inaccurate or compromised.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
All materials available on the Platform—including text, graphics, logos, videos, images, illustrations, audio, source code, software, tools, animations, and themes (“Content”)—are owned by or licensed to DoubleJump Academy and protected by UAE Federal Laws, including Federal Law No. 38 of 2021 on Copyrights and Related Rights. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Content without written consent.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Platform in ways that:
- Are harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or invasive of privacy
- Harm minors
- Infringe copyrights or trademarks
- Violate UAE laws or any other applicable laws
- Interfere with or disrupt the Platform
6. PrivacyYour use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Where applicable, we comply with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021)
.7. Refund Policy
7.1 Pre-Sale WorkshopsIf you purchase a pre-sale workshop, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. After the 7-day period, refunds are not permitted. If the workshop does not reach the required participant quota, it will be cancelled and all customers will receive a full refund
.7.2 Immediate Access Workshops
For workshops with instant access, you may request a refund within 7 days, provided you have not viewed more than 15% of the content. Refunds will be processed in accordance with UAE consumer protection laws.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under UAE law, DoubleJump Academy and its partners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant workshop.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account or access without notice if we believe you violated these Terms or if necessary to protect the Platform or comply with legal obligations.
10. Modifications to Terms
We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
