Our mission is to provide you with high-quality education either for free or at an affordable price. All workshops powered by SideFX are free and will remain so. Additionally, we offer a collection of paid workshops and masterclasses.

REFUND POLICY

Pre-sale Workshops:
If you have purchased a pre-sale workshop, you can request a refund within 7 days of your purchase. However, after the initial 7 days, refund requests will not be accepted. The reason for this policy is to ensure that the pre-sale workshops have a fair chance to succeed. Once an instructor begins working on a workshop, excessive refund requests can jeopardize the workshop's viability and undermine the hard work put in by the instructors.

We have modeled our pre-sale policies after those of Kickstarter.

In the event that we do not achieve the desired quota (a specified number of seats sold) for the workshop, the workshop will not be conducted, and all participants will receive a full refund. This ensures that you will not incur any financial loss if the workshop does not meet the required participation threshold.

Immediate Access Workshops:
For workshops that are available for immediate access upon purchase, you have a 14 days refund policy if you are dissatisfied with the workshop. However, if you have watched more than 15% of the workshop content, a refund will not be provided. You have up to 14 days from the date of purchase to request a refund.
